Diversity Score

The Diversity Score measures how broadly your brand is recognized across different AI platforms. It answers the question: are you visible everywhere, or only on one or two models?

Platform Coverage

Rankry tests 5 major AI models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok. Your platform coverage shows how many of these models mention you at all. A coverage of 4/5 (80%) means four models recommend you while one doesn't know you exist.

Dependency Risk

If 90% of your AI visibility comes from a single model (say ChatGPT), you have a dependency risk. If that model updates its training data or changes how it handles your category, your visibility could drop overnight. A healthy diversity means your presence is distributed across multiple models.

Consistency Index

Consistency measures how similar your scores are across models. If ChatGPT gives you 80% visibility and Grok gives you 5%, your consistency is low. High consistency means all models perceive your brand similarly — which indicates broad, stable AI presence.

Why Diversity Matters

Users don't all use the same AI model. Your customers might prefer ChatGPT, while their colleague uses Perplexity, and their boss asks Claude. If you're only visible on one platform, you're missing a significant portion of AI-driven discovery. Diversity also provides resilience — you're not dependent on any single model's decisions about your brand.
