Getting Started

Setting up Rankry takes about 5 minutes. Here's what happens step by step.

Step 1: Create Your Account

Sign up at rankry.ai with your email. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account and set your password.

Step 2: Set Up Your Project

After signing in, you'll go through a quick onboarding flow. Tell us about your business: your company name, website, industry, and a brief description of what you do. This information helps us generate relevant prompts for your market.

Step 3: Add Competitors

Enter the brands you want to compare against. The number of competitors you can track depends on your plan: 2 on Base, 5 on Pro, 10 on Enterprise. Choose your closest competitors — the ones you compete with for the same customers.

Step 4: Your First Report

Once you confirm your project, Rankry starts building your first report. This is a one-time process that takes 15–20 minutes. We're generating your semantic core (100 unique prompts), sending them to all 5 AI models, waiting for responses, parsing every answer, running sentiment analysis, and calculating all your scores.

You'll see a progress screen showing which models are being processed. As each model completes, you can click into it to start exploring that model's data immediately — you don't have to wait for all 5 to finish.

When the full report is ready, we'll send you an email notification. After this initial build, your data refreshes automatically every week with no wait time.

Step 5: Explore Your Dashboard

Your dashboard has a model switcher at the top. Click any model (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok) to see data specific to that model, or click "All" for the combined view across all models. Within each model, you can drill down into Visibility, Positioning, Sentiment, and Diversity tabs for detailed analytics.
