Managing Project

Your Rankry project defines what brand you're tracking, who your competitors are, and what industry prompts we generate. Here's how to manage it.

Changing Your Project

You can change your project (switch to tracking a different brand) once per month. To change your project, go to Settings and select "RESET." The change takes effect immediately and triggers a new first-time report build.

Managing Competitors

You can add or remove competitors from your tracked list at any time. New competitors will be included in the next weekly scan. The maximum number of competitors depends on your plan. To add a competitor, go to the Compete section and click "Manage Competitors."

Data Refresh Schedule

Reports refresh automatically every week. Base plans receive weekly updates, Pro plans receive daily updates, and Enterprise plans receive real-time updates. Each refresh runs the full 100-prompt test suite across all models and recalculates all metrics. Your historical data is retained based on your plan.

Email Notifications

Rankry sends email notifications when your weekly report is ready, and optionally when significant changes are detected (Pro and Enterprise plans). You can manage notification preferences in Settings.
